The problem
A small food producer keeps orders in one tool, recipes and production runs in another, stock counts on paper, and the books in a spreadsheet. Each hand-off is retyped, and the numbers disagree at month end.
What we built
One system that covers orders, production, purchasing, inventory, invoicing and the general ledger. It is configured to the business: the products, the units, the production steps and the chart of accounts come from setup, not from code changes. Everything shown here uses invented demo data for an invented food producer.
What changed
When an order is paid, the invoice posts to the ledger and the stock count updates. The entries export in the format QuickBooks Online accepts; nothing is pushed to QuickBooks automatically.
A second industry setup, craft distilling, is in progress and is not yet built.
