Private AI for companies that keep their data in-house
If people in your business already paste invoices and client questions into a public chatbot, we build the private version: an assistant that answers from your own documents and runs on hardware you control.
Who this is for
Firms that want AI to read documents and answer questions without sending company data to a public chatbot.
What we build
Four kinds of work, each scoped to one workflow at a time.
Assistants that answer questions from your own documents, such as manuals, contracts and price lists. Every answer cites the document it came from.
Document processing that reads invoices, receipts and PDFs and pulls out the fields your accounting system needs, for a person to approve.
Private AI that runs on your own hardware or in a private cloud.
Checks inside the assistants we build that are designed to treat text hidden in a document as content to read, not as an instruction to follow.
Where to start
Start with a one-workflow assessment
Pick one workflow, such as invoices that arrive by email or the customer question you answer every week. You get a written plan and a price for automating it.
If you go ahead, the build for that workflow is quoted from the plan.

Our own systems
- A self-hosted assistant that runs its models on our own hardware, with sign-in and monitoring
- Field extraction from invoices, receipts, 1099s, PDFs and bank files, built into our own finance software
- Our own local AI server, where we measure our models' speed and answer quality
You get an accuracy measurement taken on a sample of your own documents in place of a figure from us. Accuracy depends on your documents, so we measure it on yours.
Questions and answers
- Is ChatGPT safe for client data?
- Anything you paste into a public chatbot goes to the vendor's servers, and the vendor's terms decide how long it is kept and whether it trains a model. A private assistant sends nothing to a public chatbot: your documents stay on your premises or in your private cloud, and the models run on hardware you control.
- Will it make things up?
- It can be wrong. That is why every answer cites the document it came from, and a person approves extracted fields before they reach your systems.
- How accurate is document processing?
- You get a measured result from your own documents, not a quoted figure. The assessment tries the extraction on a sample of them, and you approve every result before it reaches your systems.
- Can it run on our own hardware?
- Yes. Private AI runs on your own hardware or in a private cloud.
