Questions and answers
- Can you replace our spreadsheets with a real system?
- Yes. We start by writing down how the work moves today: who enters an order, where stock is counted, how an invoice goes out. We then build one system that holds that data and those steps.
- How much does custom software cost?
- It depends on what the first build has to do: how many steps and screens it has, which systems it connects to, and how much data has to move across. The scoping assessment ends with a written plan and a quoted price, so you know the cost before the build starts.
- Do we have to replace everything at once?
- No. The first build covers one part of the business, one workflow or one dashboard, and everything else carries on as it does today. Each later part is scoped and priced on its own.
- Can the system replace an older piece of software?
- Yes. We plan how the data moves across and what runs side by side while you switch.
- What do you need from us before we start?
