Magnolia Cloud LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company organized in the United States. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website (magnoliacloud.net).

Information We Collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content, the option you chose under "What do you need?", and, if you fill them in, your company and phone number. The form also records the page you sent it from. We use these only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties.

Use of Information

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email and used only to respond to your request. They stay in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is open and for our records of it. You can ask us to delete your message at any time using the address below.

Each submission is also saved as a lead record on our server, with the fields listed above and the time it was sent. We keep lead records for 12 months and then delete them.

Cookies and Spam Protection

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising.

The contact form uses no third-party spam service and sets no cookies. Spam is filtered on our own server in three ways: a hidden field that people never see but automated scripts fill in, a minimum time the form must be open before it is sent, and a limit of five messages per hour from one network address. To apply that limit, the form keeps your IP address in server memory. An address is deleted the first time the form is used more than one hour after its last message, and all addresses are cleared whenever the server restarts.

After you send a message, we email a short confirmation to the address you entered.

Your Rights

You may request that we delete any personal information you have submitted to us. To make such a request, email us at info@magnoliacloud.net and we will respond within 30 days.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the state in which Magnolia Cloud LLC is organized.
