Services / 03 Connectors and integrations
API integration services for the systems you already run
If someone in your office types the same order, invoice or stock count into two systems, we connect those systems. The data moves on its own, and anything that does not match comes to a person.
Who this is for
Anyone typing the same order, invoice or stock count into two systems, or outgrowing a chain of Zapier steps.
What we build
We build connections between accounting, e-commerce, payments, CRM, ERP and scheduling systems. They run in the background and flag what they could not match.
When an order is paid online, the invoice posts to the ledger, the stock count updates, and the entries export in the format QuickBooks accepts.
Bank transactions brought in from a bank feed or from CSV and OFX files, instead of typed from a statement.
Records that do not match go to a person to check, instead of being guessed.
One connector at a time, each priced before work starts.
Where to start
Start with a systems map
We list what you re-key, between which systems, and how often. That shows which connection saves the most typing.
The map points to the first connector worth building, with a quoted price before work starts.

Questions and answers
- Which systems can you connect?
- Accounting, e-commerce, payments, CRM, ERP and scheduling systems. Tell us what you run and we check whether it offers an interface we can use.
- Should we use Zapier or a custom connector?
- If a few Zapier steps do the job and rarely fail, keep them. A custom connector makes sense when the volume grows, when the data needs checking before it lands, or when the step you need is not on offer. The systems map shows which case you are in.
- What happens when two records do not match?
- The connector flags the record for a person to review. It does not guess.
- Do you connect to QuickBooks?
- We export entries in the format QuickBooks Online accepts, so they are imported instead of typed. We do not offer a live two-way link.
